Paolo Carlo Tavarelli has always considered himself to be a rebel when it came to his career. He couldn’t be a doctor or lawyer because he could never be at peace with working such a strict schedule. In fact, he was never truly satisfied working regular 9-5 day jobs. Paolo was always yearning for more intellectual and creative fulfillment to challenge his brain throughout the workday. Paolo Carlo Tavarelli began his career with the Ministry of Defence. As a Lieutenant, he was the commander of security in the commercial dock of Genoa during the Persian Gulf War operations, platoon commander and company commander. He was responsible for controlling and supervising the subordinates during all activities. Afterward, he decided to pursue career opportunities in both private security and the fitness industry.
In 1998, Paolo Tavarelli graduated from the Institute of Data & Marketing with a Business Marketing degree. This gave him a base of knowledge in topics like entrepreneurship, economic and financial principles, human and organizational management, and technology. Italian is Paolo’s first language, but he is also fluent in English and Spanish with some basic knowledge of Serbian. Being multilingual is an asset in business communications. Paolo is an excellent communicator for both initiating one-on-one conversations and speaking publicly to an audience. He is also skilled in analytics and problem-solving.
Today, Paolo is the Head of Products for Spencer & Hill, earning a proven record of driving revenue gains and brand awareness through content marketing. Prior to this position, he was Chief Executive Officer of the Fostrom Foundation, a position he earned by working his way up from General Manager. From 2009-2016, he was the co-founder and chairman of SKS365 Group GmbH, governing the organization by establishing broad policies and objectives. From 2011 to today, he also served as a chairman for FederBet Aisbl in Belgium.
As a team leader, Paolo is known to be enthusiastic, self-directed, optimistic and influential. His creative problem-solving abilities are unparalleled.
